Unidentified Native American / Caucasian Female
• Located on December 22, 1991 in West Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
• The victim had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
• She had been dead approximately two to three weeks prior to the discovery of her body.
• Note! This woman may have been missing either shortly before her body was discovered or she may have gone missing earlier than mid December, 1991.
Vital Statistics
• Estimated age: 22 - 29 years old
• Approximate Height and Weight: 5'2 - 5'6"; 100 -115 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: She was a biracial mix of American Indian and Caucasian. Possibly of Mexican or Native American heritage. Medium-length brown hair. She had an extra vertebra and there was some evidence of back problems.
• Dentals: She has dental fillings that could help identify her. Dental records are available. Jewelry: Some jewelry was found near the body and believed to be hers. The ring is silver and is a size 5 3/8. The face of the ring is a depiction of a bird, turquoise in color with a red tail. This is the type of jewellery sold at Pow Wow’s or by native vendors in many cities throughout Canada and the USA.
The earring is gold plated. Both pieces appear to be similar to jewelry worn by the Native Americans or those in the Southwest United States.

The victim was found December 22, 1991 lying in a driveway leading into a field near Vinton, just south of Interstate 10. She may be from Texas or other points farther west. She also may have been traveling through this area when she was murdered.

Katherine Collins
KATHERINE COLLINS
aged 47, discovered in New Orleans, Lousisiana, in February of 2004. Police were led to the her body after a Valentine's Day 911 call from an unidentifed male. There are conflicting opinions among authorities as to whether Collins is a likely victim in the series of Trucker Murder cases.
Jeremy Jones has been charged with murdering Katherine Collins in New Orleans.
